Duchy Premier Bere Alston Utd 3 St Dominick 0 BERE played well throughout and the defence was on top form as the Saints battled well in a competitive game. Good one-touch football led to Steve Daymond firing home. In the second half Saints tested Bere?s defence which stood solid. Bere got on top again and, after a shot was parried, Steve Daymond fired home the loose ball. There was an amazing own goal as a Saints defender tried to clear into touch ? he sliced the ball from 30 yards over his keeper.
