SOUTH Molton produced a fine all-round performance and played with pace, guile, strength and a tremendous amount of aggression.
The visitors tore into Okehampton at the start and took a stranglehold on the game that was never released.
Okehampton either would not or could not compete in the physical exchanges. This allowed the South Molton half-backs an armchair ride from which they controlled the game.
Okehampton conceded four first half tries, the last in the seventh minute of injury time, which from the touchline was converted.
Okehampton managed to hold out until the last ten minutes of the second half where they conceded three converted tries. The only reply was a Searle penalty.
To rid themselves of this non-performance Okehampton can look forward to taking out this frustrating result this Saturday at league trailblazers Newton Abbot.
