PAST and present members of a West Devon scout group will be celebrating twice as hard this year. Not only will members of Walkham Valley group celebrate the scout association?s 100th birthday with scouts from all over the world, but the group will also celebrate its 60th birthday with a reunion in October. The group hopes to commemorate the event with past members, even scouts from the beginning of the group?s inception, to unite the older and the new scouts, cubs and beavers.
