YEAR 6 pupils at Kelly Prep School have been taking part in a new leadership programme, which aims to develop leadership qualities in the children, as well as promoting the value of volunteering and taking on additional responsibilities at a young age.

The children all have opportunities to take part in activities such as playground peer mediation and lifeskills training, buddy reading with pre-prep children, assisting in Kelly Nursery, achieving a wide range of positions of responsibility, team building exercises, captaining sports teams, leading tours of the school for prospective families, as well as many more.
