FAVOURITE recipes are being sought for entry in a cookbook to raise funds for St Andrews Primary School in Buckland Monachorum.

The school PTA is putting together the recipe booklet containing a selection of tried and tested favourite dishes ? starters, main courses, desserts, cakes and preserves.

It will be launched in the autumn, in time for Christmas, at a cookery event hosted by Peter Gorton, head chef at the Horn of Plenty Restaurant, Gulworthy.

All recipes in the book will be credited so here?s your chance to get your name in print.

Local businesses are also being asked to consider sponsoring a recipe in return for a mention in the publication, to help with the printing costs.
