IN the Mens? mid-week Stableford competition in Division 1 at Tavistock Golf Club Sam Turner (8) won with a very commendable 41 points whilst Steve Dickinson and Luke Wakely shared second place with 39 points off handicaps of 11 and 10 respectively. In Division 2, Chris Gawman(15) led with another high points score of 41 and again second place was shared by two players gaining 38 points ? Tony Sherlock(16) and A J Williams(17). Unfortunately the well subscribed Open 4BB meeting on Saturday had to be abandoned in face of severe weather.
