A ROAD in Walkhampton is to be closed off to through traffic next month to allow for Western Power Distribution utility work. Stone Park will be closed for approximately four days, starting Monday, October 16. The alternative route is Walkhampton to Dousland; Dousland to Dousland Plantation; Dousland Plantation to Welltown; Welltown towards Walkhampton and vice-versa.
