AN OKEHAMPTON pastor has led a service to remember the victims of road traffic accidents.

The Rev Mike Davies from Inspiration Church in Okehampton led the event at St Andrew's Church in Ashburton to mark the world Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. Mr Davies, also a town councillor, was joined at the service by Cllr Ken Williams from West Devon Borough Council.

The service included representatives from the emergency services, and candles were lit in remembrance of those who have been injured or killed on our roads.
