THE ever-popular 'Movember Festival' has been lined up for Saturday, November 29 at The Rock Inn in Yelverton to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Organised by local band Orangutan Wheelbarrow, this will be third year the gig has been held at the pub — and always sees large crowds of people taking part to raise money for charity.

Jude Rotton, front man for Orangutan Wheelbarrow, said: 'It's our third year of the Movember mash-up and we want to make it as huge as possible, raising lots of money for a great cause.

'This year we've got eight bands creating the greatest festival that never was!'

Bands taking part this year include Orangutan Wheelbarrow, Ten Zero One, Skywalkers, Just Got Paid, Georgia May Rolls and 3s A CroWd.

The event will begin at 3pm and tickets are a £3 donation on the door.

Movember Festival T-shirts, created in memory of Malcolm Ellis and donated by Tavistock company Autodentz, can be pre-ordered from orangutanwheelbarrow.com or through the band's Facebook page.
