THE annual meeting of Okehampton Royal British Legion Social Club will be held at 8pm on Friday November 26 at the club premises in Station Road, Okehampton.

All members are invited to attend. There will be a report from the committee for the previous financial year, a statement of accounts, balance sheet and financial report for that period.

The meeting will be asked to approve a change of club rules, to appoint the auditor, to appoint the officers and committee for the following year, and such other business as may be included on the agenda.

Any relevant motion put forward by any financial member should be submitted in writing to the secretary by Friday November 19 in order that it may be included on the agenda.
