THE annual meeting of Okehampton Royal British Legion Social Club takes place at the club at 8pm on Friday, November 20.

Business will include a report by the committee for the previous financial year, a statement of accounts, balance sheet and financial report for that period, and the appointment of an auditor, officers and committee for the forthcoming year.

A copy of the annual accounts, with the agenda, will be posted prominently in the club at least 14 days prior to the meeting.

There will be no 'Any other business' taken at the meeting, and members are reminded that notice of any relevant motion must be submitted to the secretary in writing by Friday, November 13 for it to be included on the agenda.
