DEVON FA held its first Football Development Awards night recently, and Horrabridge Rangers featured heavily. They were presented with the Charter Standard Community Club Award, described by Hannah Buckley the county development officer, ?as the epitome of what all clubs in Devon should be aiming to achieve?. This, the major award of the night, was presented to Ian Mulholland who also received a football workforce award. The awards were presented by Denis Smith, Devon FA chairman, at a special Football Development presentation evening at Devon FA headquarters in Newton Abbott.
