ANOTHER bank holiday weekend of live music is coming up at the Fountain Hotel in Okehampton from August 24-26 following the success of the Golden Jubilee weekend in June.

In addition to bands like Wishful Thinking and local singer Tanya Kaczanow, there will be amusement for the kids in the shape of a bouncy castle, an all-day barbecue until 8pm each night and real ales.

Karaoke will also be on the menu and owners David Hinds and Darrin Winter are also hoping to book an Abba tribute band.

'The Jubilee weekend was really popular and we hope this one will follow suit,' said David.

'We would like to run two events like this a year, at the beginning and end of the season.'
