A NEW comedy set in the style of a live medium show is coming to The Plough Arts Centre, Torrington tomorrow (Friday, April 1) in the shape of Dave and Tamsin?s Psychic Spectacular. Tamsin Virtue and Psychic Dave merge ancient psychic techniques and state-of-the-art technology in an attempt to give frustrated spirits a voice. Dave fancies himself as the new Derren Brown, in touch with this world and the next, and even better looking. However, Dave harbours secret passions and hidden torments. Tamsin has a heart of gold, is here to listen and wants to help, but Tamsin?s heart is broken too. What will be revealed before the night is through? A wry and comic look at all things paranormal. With a hint of stand-up, a touch of puppetry, a fair amount of video projection and some truly out there performances, the DTs will have them laughing in their graves. The DTs formed in 2003.
