A SERIES of six walks will take place throughout the winter as part of the Moorland Guides Winter Walks.
Four of the walks will be to Cranmere Poll from north, west, east and south, one will be to find Philpott's Cave and Grant's Pot and the other walk will be from Ivybridge Station into the southern moor.
The walks will be led by Peter Challiss.
All the walks will last six hours and will cost £10 per person.
They will all start at 9.30am.
Full outdoor weather clothes are needed for all conditions and unfortunately dogs are not allowed.
The first walk will take place on Sunday, October 14, from Okehampton Moor (GR 596922) to Cranmere Pool and returns via Ted Hughes' memorial stone.
