A 27-YEAR-old man who was found dead in his cell at Dartmoor Prison last Wednesday (October 25) has been named as Robert Neil Taylor from the West Midlands area. Enquiries are continuing into the cause of the prisoner?s death. A post mortem was inconclusive and the pathologist has taken samples for further analysis, police confirmed this week.
