A MINI youth festival for all ages will be held on Tuesday, August 16, at the Princetown Pavilion Youth Centre.

Organised by the West Devon Youth Partnership, a local organisation comprised of youth club providers in Tavistock, Bere Alston and Princetown, the ‘mini fest’ will run from 2pm to 6pm, with live music from local bands.

There will a chance to take part in music workshops and a range of other activities for all ages, including sumo wrestling.

The aim of the free event, which has been partly funded by The Big Lottery Awards 4 All, is to establish the needs of young people across a range of neighbourhoods in West Devon.

However, all members of the community are invited to attend for an afternoon of entertainment.

A barbecue and low cost refreshments will also be available throughout the afternoon.
