LEWDOWN Cricket Club's annual lunch and presentation of awards was held at Trethorne Golf Club, Launceston, on Sunday.
Alan Whitton, chairman, thanked those who had given their time this season to help out with the Lewdown Colts teams — the colts had a very good season.
The club had suffered this season due to the foot and mouth crisis affecting fixtures, but was in a reasonably healthy financial position, thanks to business sponsorship and support from within the club.

Under 12 Colts: bowling cup, Mathew Twinberrow; runner-up, Oliver Smith; batting cup, Wayne Bartlett; runner-up Edward Squires.
Under 13 Colts: bowling cup Mark Jordan; runner-up Matthew Twinberrow; batting cup, Mark Jordan; runner-up Martin Squires.
Under 15 Colts: bowling cup, David Ball; runner-up Robert Squires. batting cup, Robert Squires, runner-up David Bell.
