MEMBERS of Buckland Monachorum Drama Group are currently hard at work rehearsing for their version of Christine Rice's 'The Snow Queen', which they will be presenting at the end of the month.

The plot involves two close friends Kay and Gerda. When Kay is kidnapped by the Snow Queen, Gerda sets out to rescue him, with many adventures along the way.

The group's regular pantomime productions always sell out, so people are advised to book tickets as soon as possible.

Performance dates are Wednesday November 30 to Saturday December 3, starting at 7.30pm, plus a matinee at 2.30pm on the Saturday.
