LAMERTON Hunt Pony Club held their annual awards evening last week at Lamerton Village Hall.

District Commissioner Helen Harris welcomed a packed house to an evening celebrating the achievements of the 80 Members aged from three to 25 years-old. Trophies for stable management and horse care, best members, disciplines and achievements on the national stage were presented, together with certificates for test passes in the last year. A new category of certificate (for older members volunteering to assist in running equestrian events) was also awarded.

Members' exploits during the year were chronicled in the slide show, featuring every single member, and senior member Hannah Whiteley gave a short presentation on her experiences at the Pony Club National Endurance Championships this autumn.
