TAVISTOCK Police have had several reports of a few males knocking on doors in various areas of the town unsolicited.

These areas include Parkwood Road, Bannawell Street and Callington Road, among others.

They are said to speak with a northern accent, are in their 20s and are selling cleaning products and carrying holdalls.

Police have spoken to one of the males, who is from Middlesborough, due to reports of their pushy and aggressive attitude.

If these men knock at your door and are aggressive or pushy and refuse to take no for an answer, contact police on 101.
