POLICE have closed Pym Street in Tavistock following a wall collapse at the former Ordulph Arms building.

The wall behind the premises collapsed at around 11pm yesterday (Wednesday).

Police have closed the road for public safety and are awaiting the arrival of a structural engineer to determine the severity of the collapse.
