GAMES, stalls, cream teas, a licensed bar and a fun run will be the additional attractions at this year's annual duck race in Lamerton.
The event, on Sunday, June 24, will be in Broady Field which has a couple of hundred yards of stream for as many as 1,000 ducks to race.
The fun run has a 5.25K open race with a demanding route to Lower Chaddlehangar and back, plus a less demanding junior race of 1.6K up the Great Haye lane.
The events will be opened by mayor of Tavistock Cllr Anne Johnson at about 1pm, but those wishing to enter the fun run should be there half an hour earlier.
Proceeds from the event will support Lamerton Sports and Community Centre.
