I HAVE just returned from a visit to Tavistock Cemetery and I'm in shock at the state it's in. Rotting grass, twigs and branches which make it very difficult for an 80-plus person with eye problems etc to get around.

I've been visiting my beloved husband's grave for over 20 years and my parents', brother's and sister's and many friends.

It used to be a pleasure to sit and think of days gone by, but not now.

It needs an army of volunteers to clean it up.
