County Championships played at Teignmouth, May 14,15 and 16: Yelverton lady Gilly Jarvis played 36 holes to qualify seventh in appalling weather conditions, to play on Saturday in the 1/4 finals knockout matchplay.
Gilly won her morning match 2/1 then proceeded to win her afternoon match one up.
In the semi-finals on Sunday Gilly lost her match 1 down.
