DARTMOOR National Park Authority looks set to approve plans to demolish the existing Gledswood Cottage in the grounds of Gledswood House, Chagford, and replace it with a new dwelling, 40 metres away.
The application, by Messrs J and M Brooks Warner, will be discussed at the authority's development management committee tomorrow (Friday) in Bovey Tracey.
The new dwelling will be built in contemporary style. Planning officers recommend the application subject to the consideration of any mitigation measures resulting from a wildlife survey.
