The theme of the 'Picture Your Health' competition is the CCG's vision: 'Healthy people, living healthy lives, in healthy communities'.
The CCG wants residents to show what this vision means to them, by drawing pictures and taking photos around Devon.
This could be anything from a shot of a caring health worker, to a view of rolling hills in the Devon countryside.
The winning image will feature on the front page of this year's NEW Devon CCG annual report.
Ten runners-up will also be chosen to feature within the report. The overall winner and the runners up will be chosen by three CCG clinicians and an independent judge.
Dr David Jenner, a GP from Cullompton and Chair of the Eastern Locality of Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, said: 'It is really important for us to find out how people in Devon see our vision of 'Healthy people, living healthy lives, in healthy communities', so we can understand what health means to them.
'The judges will be looking at how well people interpret the theme when picking the winners.'
