THE 60th anniversary of the end of world war two will be celebrated in style at Yelverton this Saturday. The local branch of the Royal British Legion is to hold a Victory Party ?for children of all ages from 2 to 92?! Fancy dress is optional and people are welcome to come dressed as someone from world war two. The party will involve trampolines, a roller coaster, swings, climbing frames, machine gun demonstrations, competitions, a bring and buy and many other attractions. The fun kicks off at 2pm and lasts until 5pm on Saturday, September 3, at Swings and Roundabouts, Yeoland Lane, Yelverton. Entry is £2 per person.
