A CHARITY party is being held to raise money for Bliss premature baby charity and the Devon Air Ambulance.

The party takes place at Meldon Village Hall on Friday February 18, starting at 7.30pm and is part of the fundraising efforts of local ladies Jo Camies, Alison Holliday and Cathy Carey.

Jo, who works at the Times, said: 'We're running the London Marathon in April and we're holding this party to raise money for our chosen charities.'

Tickets cost £5 and are available from Jo at the Times office, or on the door on the night. Happy hour is from 7.30pm.
