A CHEQUE for £600 was last week presented to Children's Hospice South West by the Bratton Clovelly and District Garden Club and Bratton Clovelly Art Group.
More than £950 was raised at the open gardens and art exhibition weekend in June, which was shared between the Children's Hospice South West and the Bratton Clovelly School Room Restoration Fund.
The exhibition was held in the parish hall and 17 local gardens were opened.
The garden club has made similar donations over the years to the hospice and hope to continue to make donations in the future.
