ARTISTS are invited to submit entries for Gunnislake?s sixth open art festival, being held at the Gunnislake Festival. The exhibition, organised by Gunnislake and District University of the Third Age, will run from 11am to 5pm on Wednesday, August 1 to Saturday, August 4 in the functions room of the Buccaneer Inn. Two or three- dimensional exhibits can be entered at a cost of £1 each and should be taken to the Buccaneer car park entrance between 2pm and 6pm on Tuesday, July 31. Paintings should be framed and ready to hang and can be on any theme. There will also be a free-entry exhibition of the work of young people under the age of 14, who should bring their work accompanied by an adult. The young people?s theme is ?All the fun of the fair?.
