Callington took the lead, against the run of play when Smith hit a first-time shot with the keeper going the wrong way and unable to change direction quickly enough.
Callington were being caught out with long balls over the defence and the lack of pace at the back was giving Corfield an uncomfortable return after injury.
Goldolphin were always the more likely winners once they had drawn level before half-time and Callington can have no complaints about the result.
