DEVON In Sight, Action on Hearing Loss and The Royal British Legion are coming together in partnership to provide a monthly drop-in at Tavistock Library.

The venture is being supported by Darryl Harrison from Libraries Unlimited South West, the organisation that runs Devon’s Library services.

It will be a place for people with sight loss, hearing loss or for anyone who has previously served or is serving in the Armed Forces and needs help, to drop in, and get information and advice from any one of the three charities.

It is hoped that in future other charities offering information and support will join in to increase the support on offer to people living in Tavistock and the surrounding areas.

The first drop-in will take place on Thursday (October 19) between 9am and 1pm.
