RUSS Thomas has handed over the role of president of Okehampton Rotary Club to Bob Horsley.
It should be plain sailing for Mr Horsley, who is used to being at the helm having been a former sailor with experience around the world.
He now runs a specialist welding firm with his son and his wife, Rose, and lives near Winkleigh.
