CALLINGTON Town are proud to unveil their new management team for the coming Carlsberg South Western League season.
Following the interviews on Friday evening, Stuart Henderson, Gavin West and Kevin Taylor have been appointed to head up the first team for the 2004/5 season.
Stuart is a UEFA ?B? Coach while Gavin is an FA level 2 qualified coach who has also played for the club in the last two years. They will be assisted by Kevin Taylor, whose expertise is defensive training. They join the new second team managers Garfield Ewing and Tim May to create a completely new management group that will work closely with the new executive committee.
The third tier of this group will be new third team managers . The club would be interested in receiving applications for this important position with the team that has won back to back promotions and will now be playing Duchy League Division Two football next season. As part of Callington?s new move towards a more professional approach, they will be assisted by Ben Oman, the chief physical fitness trainer at St Mellion Golf and Country Club and also a personal trainer with the FABB personal training company.
Training will start on Tuesday, July 6 at the Ginsters Marshfield Parc starting at 7pm with sessions each and every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter.
