THE annual Friends of Lady Modiford's nearly new sale will be held next month.

There will be clothes for children and adults, baby equipment, toys for all ages and other quality household items for sale at the event, which takes place on Sunday, February 10 at 2pm at Walkhampton Memorial Hall.

People interested in selling can get a sellers' pack for £2.
