HORRABRIDGE started the new season where they left off at the end of last season, with a solid all round performance against a team that finished one place above them last season.

The first half was even, but Horrabridge struck first with an excellent 30-yard long-range shot from Nathan Walker who was making his debut for the club.

Both sides could

have scored before half time and it was Horrabridge who went into half time with a 2-0 lead following a goal from Chris Hatcher.

It was Horrabridge who finally came out on top following two goals by the excellent Sam Cooper.

Horrabridge are always looking to strengthen their squad.
