PEOPLE who are keen to purchase good quality, keenly priced books are being invited to Tavistock Area Support Services (TASS) annual bumper book sale on Saturday, April 6.
This year TASS will be selling books at a price the buyer offers (nothing reasonable refused).
Bryan Podmore, of Friends of TASS, said: 'This is our opportunity to say a thank you to the people of the area who have supported TASS and our Tuesday Book Shop throughout the past year. With more than 2,000 quality books on sale, there will be something for everyone of whatever age.'
The event will take place at The Anchorage Centre in Tavistock, from 9.30am to 2.30pm. Admission is free, refreshments available.
Anyone unable to attend on the day can visit the TASS Quality Books and Collectable Music shop at the Anchorage Centre from 9.30am to 1pm every Tuesday, except the last in the month, and at the Pannier Market on the first Saturday of every month.
