WHAT is it with some dog owners, that cannot be bothered to clear up after their animal fouls the footpath — are you incapable of bending down to use a poop-a-scoop?

Where I live is a beautiful area, but on recent walks between where I live, in Caradon Court round into Riverside and Copperfields, I've counted 12 lots of dog excrement of differing sizes, so cannot blame just one owner.

Be warned — I'm now carrying a camera and will send the photos of the offending owners and dogs to the council.
