A JAM-packed audience of pupils, parents and staff at Mount Kelly were transported to Hollywood as the music department presented an evening of ‘Music from the Movies’ in aid of this year’s school charity Open Hearts Open Borders. 

The event was the brainchild of Year 9 music scholar Marcus Coleridge who sang Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera.

The evening featured performances from the Concert Band, soloists and an upbeat finale of Somebody to Love from the Blues Brothers. Donations for the evening totalled a magnificent £600!
