WEST Devon and Torridge MP Geoffrey Cox will meet members of Tavistock's Chamber of Commerce later this month, to hear at first-hand any issues of importance to businesses in the town.
Chamber member Robert Oxborough has arranged the breakfast meeting, which will take place at the Bedford Hotel on Monday November 22.
Mr Oxborough told last week's meeting of the chamber: 'It's an opportunity to raise directly those issues which he may not be aware of, in other words, issues within the business community, and more specifically, anything to do with things he would be able to raise in parliament.'
Mr Oxborough urged members to contact him in advance of the meeting.
'If there are lots of people with the same issue, it would obviously need to go to the top of the agenda,' he said.
The meeting will start at 7.30am.
