REGARDING the letter from Mr Denne in last week's Times.
As usual he misses the point. The point is, why was it necessary, in the first place, for our politicians, to get permission to break up and sell our Post Office — an organisation we've run and owned for over 200 years.
Any other country in the world (other than those in the European Union) could and would make the decision themselves and if it was in the countries interest complete the deal.
You don't think we've lost our sovereignty do you Mr Denne?
