MILTON Combe’s annual duck race held on Easter Monday raised £314 for village funds.

Despite concerns about the weather and the state of Milton Brook, the event was a success and 241 ducks were sponsored. Together, with the raffle the large amount was raised for Milton Combe Village Hall funds.

Thanks were expressed to all those who helped and supported the event.
