NORTHLEW could soon have its own village choir if there is enough interest from the community.
Morwenna Millership and Marilyn Livingstone are looking for people to join a village choir. They have already had interest from a number of people but more are always welcome.
They are hoping that people who come along bring ideas of songs they would like to sing to the first session. Anyone from age eleven upwards is welcome. There is no need to be able to read music and there will not be auditions.
The pair are looking to cover a wide range of music styles and periods. At the moment they are planning to meet on the first and third Saturday of each month from 2pm to 4pm in the Church Room.
If you are interested, contact Morwenna on 01409 221183 or via e-mail on [email protected]">[email protected] or Marilyn on 01409 221659 or e-mail [email protected]">[email protected]
