WEST Devon's annual canvass is underway to ensure all residents in the borough have the right to vote.

Canvass forms have been sent by the borough council to all 24,705 households and contain details of everyone currently included on the electoral register for each address.  

Residents are simply asked to add anyone missing and delete anyone no longer living there and send the completed form back to the council by post.

If your details are unchanged, you can register quickly and simply by free phone, or online.

The free phone and online service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the canvass period.
