A concert in aid of Macmillan Nurses will be held at the Parish Hall in Bere Alston on Saturday, April 25 at 7.30pm.
The event, entitled 'Love and Music', will feature TUBES — Tavistock Versatile Brass Ensemble — and well-known local tenor Tyrone Piper.
Another local tenor, Simon Prout, and soprano Gill Wyatt will also be performing, together with Bere Ferrers harpist Tim Hampson and singing group Tutte Voci.
The concert has been organised by Gill Wyatt, who has successfully obtained sponsorship to cover the costs of the event.
Tickets, price £5.50 to include light refreshments, are available from Bere Alston Pharmacy.
