STEP in out of the cold this Christmas and enjoy the host of festive activities and events being organised by the Friends of Okehampton Library.

Throughout December, drop in to the library to buy a ticket to win a fantastic Christmas hamper, or complete the festive quiz for the chance to win a £10 book token.

On December 14, there will be a craft afternoon at the library, where you are welcome to bring along your knitting, cross-stitch and other craft materials for advice and a chat. The afternoon begins at 2pm and ends at 4pm.

On December 20, the library is holding a drop in Christmas decoration craft session for children and their parents and carers between 10am and noon.
