YOUNG people from Princetown Pavilion Youth Club will present an evening of music at the Princetown Community Centre on Saturday evening.

The music starts at 7pm and young people have been practising at the club for some time in preparation for the event.

The club received funding last year for the Princetown Moor Music project from National Youth Music and The People’s Health Lottery.

Princetown Moor Music aims to give young people access to equipment and music tuition at the club, increasing participation and development of musical skills.

Local band The Gruff Nuts will follow the performances by the young people.

There is no entrance fee; however there will be a collection of donations on behalf of one of the sponsors, Youth Music.

There will be refreshments and a bar. The event starts at 7pm and ends at 10pm.
