THE Lambs came out on top in this friendly match, which proved to be a good work out for the team, on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Tavistock took the lead after 10 minutes through Levi Landricombe. Fifteen minutes later the visitors equalised. The home team had the upper hand for the remainder of the half, but could not increase their lead.

The second half saw the home team up their work rate, and they regained the lead when Landricombe scored his second, when he headed home from close range. Minutes later the cross bar denied Landricombe his hat-trick

The Lambs continued to press which resulted in Ryan Fice increasing the lead mid way though the half. Against the run of play, Topsham then scored a second with 20 minutes to go, but the home side kept their calm and continued to dominate.

In the 75th minute Ryan Honey made it four for the Lambs, when he converted a penalty, after Kelly had been fouled in the penalty area.

The team gave a much improved performance, and when they kept possession they looked very good, with Dan Pethick and Jarrod Kelly looking a good combination up front.
