THERE is an opportunity to enjoy some great live music and raise money for a good cause at an event in Tavistock next Friday. The band night is to raise funds for local woman Mandy Tugwell?s London Marathon attempt, which she is running in memory of her daughter, Aimee. Mandy is raising funds for the Meningitis Research Foundation. Local bands Kitty Fantastic, Blue Steel and One For The Road will be playing at The Ordulph Arms, starting at 8pm on Friday March 31. Tickets, £3, are available from Meadowlands or the Ordulph Arms.
